Using FestiveLens
FestiveLens provides tools for wedding photograph ingestion, private gallery delivery, wedding-scoped face search, downloads and couple proofing. Some features may be early-access features and may change as the product develops.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service or submit face-search references.
Who controls a wedding
The photographer or studio creates and manages the wedding workspace. It is responsible for having the rights and permissions required to upload, process, display and deliver its photographs and for deciding which links, PINs and proofing invitations to share.
Wedence supplies the FestiveLens service. It does not decide who should receive a particular wedding link or which photographs a studio publishes.
Accounts and private access
- Account holders must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
- Private links, review links and wedding PINs must not be shared publicly or with people who should not have access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account or private access link unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
- Wedence may restrict access when needed to protect a wedding, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain service security.
Photographs and submitted content
Studios and users keep their rights in photographs, notes and other content they provide. They give Wedence the limited permission needed to host, process, resize, index, display and deliver that content through FestiveLens.
You must not upload content that you do not have permission to use, that unlawfully violates privacy or intellectual-property rights, or that contains malicious software.
Face-search limitations
Face search is a convenience for finding likely matches inside one wedding. Results depend on lighting, pose, image quality, face size and the photographs supplied by the studio.
- One-photo quick search may find fewer photographs or produce less reliable results than the guided five-photo option.
- No face-recognition system is perfect. FestiveLens does not guarantee that every photograph will be found or that every suggested match will be correct.
- Do not use FestiveLens face search for identification in employment, policing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal proceedings or another high-impact decision.
- Submit only your own face reference, or one you are legally permitted to submit.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, discover another wedding’s data, scrape galleries, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or use FestiveLens in a way that harms others.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FestiveLens available, but uploads, processing, third-party storage, networks and devices can fail. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Studios should retain their own original photographs and should not treat FestiveLens as their only archive.
Responsibility and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FestiveLens is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or perfect face-search accuracy. Wedence is not responsible for losses caused by a studio’s photographs, incorrect sharing, unauthorized disclosure of a private link or PIN, or use that violates these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any paid studio agreement may contain additional commercial terms; if those terms conflict with this public page, the signed agreement controls for that studio.
